2. Description of Service

Story By You provides personalized audio stories for children using artificial intelligence. The service is currently in public beta and is available for iOS devices.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring all information provided is accurate and current
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Parental Consent

This service is intended for use by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. By using the App, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child for whom you create a profile.

5. Beta Service

Story By You is currently in public beta. The service may:

• Contain bugs or errors
• Be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time
• Have features added or removed without notice

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content generated by the App, including stories and audio, remains the property of Two Capitals. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your account credentials with others
